Terms of use

SermonLive is provided by Duke Security, Inc. ("Jestr"). By creating a church account you agree to these terms.

1. The service. Automatic live captions and machine translation. Output can be wrong or incomplete; don't rely on it where exact wording matters (vows, legal or medical statements).
2. Trial and billing. The free trial includes 3 hours of service time. Paid use is billed per hour per language, or monthly, as shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Card payments are not open yet; until they are, nothing is charged.
3. Your content. You keep the rights to your sermons and glossary. You give us permission to process them to provide the service. You are responsible for having the right to caption and translate what is spoken.
4. Your console link is a secret. Keep it safe; anyone who has it can run captions for your church.
5. Fair use. No abuse, scraping, or use for anything other than live captions and translation of your own services and events.
6. Availability. We aim for reliable Sunday mornings but give no guarantee of uptime. Liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.
7. Changes and ending. You can stop at any time. We may change these terms with notice on this page.
